Jacques R. Island, President & CEO​

Founded Inquesta after a 20-year career as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he organized and managed several multi-agency task forces with the F.B.I. as lead agency investigating Russian/Eurasian organized crime, health care fraud, drug trafficking and terrorism. Mr. Island also was a U.S. Foreign Service Officer for six years with the Diplomatic Security Service managing complex security programs for U.S. embassies, missions and dignitaries, He earned an MPA from Florida International University. Yvonne Fournier-Ferrer, EVP & General Counsel

Immediately prior to assuming her Inquesta duties when she co-founded the company, she served for over 12 years as the Vice President and Regional Counsel and Secretary of the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Board for the Visa International Service Association (the Visa credit card company). Before joining Visa International she practiced in areas of administrative law, and civil and criminal federal litigation. She graduated with a Juris Doctor  (Cum Laude) from the Inter American University School of Law, Puerto Rico. Download bio.

 

Jovana DesGouttes, VP & Chief Administrative Officer

A Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA), Jovana is charged with the overall administration and operations of the company. Her diverse duties include the coordination of Inquesta’s marketing activities and consulting engagements that, among other investigative and consulting initiatives, include our KYC Solutions and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) programs. As the primary human resources manager, she oversees our diverse teams of investigators, researchers, and marketing resources in the U.S. and abroad.

 

John Griffing, Chief Financial Officer

John uses his many years of entrepreneurial experience to guide Inquesta's financial needs and affairs by implementing state-of-the-art accounting, payroll, and workflow systems to streamline back office operations, and providing ongoing monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax support. His earlier technical experiences are also advantageous to Inquesta as we expand our front and back office systems through the newest technologies to help us deliver our growing range of services and products.

Rafael Marrero, Director of Government Solutions

A Stanford University and Cornell University trained senior corporate executive, Mr. Marrero has 30+ years of diversified experience in government contracting, telecommunications, construction, information technology, renewable energy, and high-tech environments. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Corporate Vendor Management, Contracts, Supply Chain and Procurement for MasTec Network Solutions, a $4.5 billion dollar firm with 18,000 employees representing $1.5 billion in projects on behalf of AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and Sprint.
