Jacques R. Island, President & CEO

Jacques ("Jack") founded Inquesta after a 20-year career as a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation where he organized and managed multi-agency task forces with the F.B.I. as the lead agency, investigating Russian/Eurasian organized crime, financial crimes, healthcare fraud, drug trafficking, and terrorism. Before the F.B.I. he was a U.S. Foreign Service Officer for six years with the Diplomatic Security Service, managing security programs for U.S. embassies, missions, and dignitaries. He earned an MPA from Florida International University.

Yvonne Fournier-Ferrer, EVP & General Counsel

Immediately prior to co-founding Inquesta as our General Counsel, she served for over 12 years as the Vice President and Regional Counsel and Secretary of the Latin America and Caribbean Regional Board for the Visa International Service Association (the Visa credit card company). Before joining Visa International she practiced in areas of administrative law, and civil and criminal federal litigation. She graduated with a Juris Doctor  (Cum Laude) from the Inter American University School of Law, Puerto Rico.

Robert Ashcraft, Chief Information Security Officer

As the holder of multiple certifications, including CISA, CCP, CHSP, CCSA, CRISC, CGEIT, and CDPSE, Robert has led major IT engineering projects using PCI SSC, SSAE, HIPAA, HITECH, SOX, ISO, NIST frameworks for major companies in aerospace (Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon), finance (Freddy Mac, Ginnie Mae, and a variety of banks and credit unions), healthcare,  pharma, and governments, to develop, institute, and assess business development, vendor management, and document administration. He is also Inquesta's lead consultant and technologies director.

Adan Alicea, Chief Technology Officer

Adan is an accomplished IT executive with over two decades of experience in managing global IT operations and leading large teams. He has successfully directed worldwide IT initiatives, led the development of enterprise grade software, and managed critical security and compliance programs. His expertise includes software development, system architecture, and providing technical advisory services in cybercrime investigations and disaster recovery. As a strategic leader, Adan aligns technology with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and profitability. 

Jovanna DesGouttes, Chief Administrative Officer

A Certified Cyber Security Architect (CCSA), Jovana is charged with the overall administration and operations of the company. Her diverse duties include the coordination of Inquesta’s marketing activities and consulting engagements that, among other investigative and consulting initiatives, include our KYC Solutions and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) programs. As the primary human resources manager, she oversees our teams of investigators, researchers, and marketing resources in the U.S. and abroad.

John Griffing, Chief Financial Officer

John, our fractional CFO, uses his many years of entrepreneurial experience to guide Inquesta's financial needs and affairs by implementing state-of-the-art accounting, payroll, and workflow systems to streamline back office operations, and providing ongoing monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax support. His earlier technical experiences are also advantageous to Inquesta as we expand our front and back office systems through the newest technologies to help us deliver our growing range of services and products.
